Meningioma, optic nerve, extra-ocular orbital space; C57BL/6 mouse. Spindloid cells form interlacing bundles situated between the Harderian gland and the sclera (high magnification). Note the invasiveness of this tumor on low magnification (inset; overview of the eye). Tumor cells can be seen infiltrating the sclera, cornea, uvea, and retina.
