Notes: Cells were transfected with IGF-1R siRNA as well as nonspecific siRNA. (A) After transfection, the cells were incubated for 48 h and the efficiency of silencing was evaluated by Western blot analysis. Relative expression values of IGF-1R, p-AKT and BIM were expressed as mean ± SD from three independent experiments. **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001 (one-way ANOVA).
