ATP-induced JAZ1 degradation requires second messenger trio. Seedlings expressing 35S::JAZ1-GUS were treated with ATP (500 μM) and/or MeJA for 30 min in the presence of cPTIO (A), DPI (B), Gd3+ (C), and La3+ (D).
