Note: The csaw R package was used to examine the effect of BPA exposure ($50\mathrm{\mu }\mathrm{g}/\mathrm{kg}$ diet) on 5-hmC levels across the epigenome. Models included a paired mouse ID variable to account for within-individual effects, as well as a sex variable. Directionality of DHMRs (relative to Control) is indicated in separate rows.
