The anticancer activity of nuclosamide is mediated by the dysregulation of the Wnt/β-Catenin signaling pathway. TCF/LEF plasmid reporter activity was evaluated in (A) SCC4 and (B) SCC25 cells treated with different concentrations of niclosamide, using the TOPflash assay.
