Genotype distributions of the TLR3 SNPs rs3775291 (a) and rs5743305 (b) in the CHB group. Frequencies were compared with Pearson’s χ² test for categorical variables. The genotype distributions of both SNPs significantly differed between patients with non-IC and IC states. Only the SNP rs3775291 was significantly different between HBeAg-positive and HBeAg-negative patients. IC: inactive carrier.
