The geometry of the octad. The G tetrad is from tetraplex 2, and the uridine bases (yellow) are from tetraplex 1. The O2 atom of uridine is hydrogen bonded to the amino group (N2) of guanine, and the N3H atom of uridine is hydrogen bonded to the oxygen atom of the guanosine 5′-phosphate group.
