Inhibition of LIMK1/2 reduced the phosphorylation of cofilin during mouse early embryo development. (a) After culture for 48h, the immunofluorescent staining result demonstrated that the phosphorylation of cofilin was decreased. (b) The fluorescence intensity curve showed a comparison of the p-cofilin intensity of representative embryos in Figure 5(a) (white line).
