MiR-29a-5p inhibits the proliferation of EC-derived cells by targeting TPX2 (a-b) The proliferation of Ishikawa and KLE cells transfected with miR-29a-5p mimic and TPX2 siRNA (siTPX2) is significantly inhibited after 48 h, while that of miR-29a-5p inhibitor transfected cells is remarkably enhanced, as assessed by CCK-8 assay.
