KLHDC7B affects genes involved in the “Interferon signaling pathway”. The 188 genes deregulated with an expression change higher than 1.5-fold were analyzed for the canonical pathway analysis by IPA. The highest confidence pathway is relevant to “Interferon Signaling Pathway”. Five (colored) of the 36 constituents in the pathway had significantly changed expression in the same direction to suppress the pathway (P = 2.9 × 10⁻⁶).
