Calcium oxalate (CaOx) induces macrophage-like morphology in 3 days. (A) Primary monocytes were exposed to 1.0, 2.0, or 3.0 mM CaOx, or 20 ng/ml M-CSF for 3 days. After day 3, cells were stained with HEMA 3 kit for macrophage morphology. (B).
