The expression of cysD is c-di-GMP and BrpT dependent. qRT-PCR was used to determine cysD transcript levels in wild-type (WT) and ΔbrpT cells under unaltered (v [empty vector]) and elevated (DcpA) intracellular c-di-GMP levels.
