The percentages of M1-type macrophage, COX-2 positive macrophages and the percentages of M2-type macrophages, CD206 positive macrophages in all macrophages (CD68 positive macrophages) in clavicle fracture alone (CF group), and clavicle fracture concomitant TBI (CFT group). The percentages of M1-type macrophage did not show significant difference between the CF and CFT groups of patients who underwent surgery within 1 week or between 8 days and 14 days after injury. The percentages of M1-type macrophage showed the decrement trend with time following the fracture in patients with and without traumatic brain injury. *: the difference is statistical significance between the CF and CFT groups
