We investigated the biochemical interaction between SOCS-3 and DR-4 by co-immunoprecipitation. Cells were treated with 1000 IU/mL of IFN-α for different time periods. Cells were then dissolved in lysis buffer and proteins were immunoprecipitated with anti-SOCS3 antibody. Cell lysates and immunoprecipitants were applied to SDS-PAGE and Western blotting analyses were carried out with anti-SOCS3 and anti-DR4 antibodies.
