Scn2a haplodeficiency in dorsal telencephalic excitatory but in those in global inhibitory neurons reduced neocortical and hippocampal Nav1.2 expression levels. Western blot analyses of 6-weeks neocortex or hippocampus for Scn2afl/+/Emx1-Cre, Scn2afl/+/Vgat-Cre and Scn2afl/+ controls (N = 3, each genotype).
