Effects of menaquinone-4 on gene expression in human hepatocarcinoma HepG2 cells. HepG2 cells were treated with menaquinone-4 for 24 h, and then mRNA levels of CYP7A1 and CYP8B1 (A) and CYP3A4 and MDR1 (B) were measured by quantitative RT-PCR.
