Nasal fibroblasts were pretreated with apigenin for 1 hour and combined with TGF-β1. (A) Messenger RNA expression level of a-SMA was determined by real-time PCR. (B) Protein expression level of a-SMA was evaluated by western blot. (C) Immunofluorescence images were obtained by a confocal microscope. Immunocytochemical images are shown with a-SMA (green) and DAPI (blue). Scale bar = 100 μm.
