The HA-tagged hCI-M6PR normally traffics between endosome, TGN and plasma membrane. HeLa Swiss cells transiently transfected with HA-hCI-M6PR-tail were incubated with anti-HA antibodies, washed, and then warmed to 37 °C for 0, 8, 16, or 24 minutes before fixation. The cells were then labeled with antibodies against TGN46 followed by secondary antibodies. Scale bar, 10 μm.
