MiR-147 overexpression inhibited proliferation, promoted apoptosis, and affected the genes expression. A. The KCL22 cells was transfected with miR-147 control and miR-147 mimics. In the KCL22 cells, the mRNA levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, MBD2, MECP2, and HDAC1 decreased in the miR-147 mimics group (a); and the DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, MBD2, MECP2, and HDAC1 protein levels decreased in the miR-147 mimics group (b and c). D. In the K562 cells, the mRNA levels of DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, MBD2, MECP2, and HDAC1 decreased in the miR-147 mimics group (a); and the DNMT1, DNMT3A, DNMT3B, MBD2, MECP2, and HDAC1 protein levels decreased in the miR-147 mimics group (b and c).
