An overall representation of the proposed BC risk prediction approach using identified risk-predictive interacting SNPs. We propose an effective machine learning approach to identify group of interacting SNPs, which contribute most to the BC risk. The identified SNPs are then used to predict the BC risk for an unknown individual in the back-end.
