BA decreases AR variant associated with Enz resistance and lowers AR protein stability. (a) Western blot showed that BA (10 μM) decreased AR and AR-V7 variant and increased cl-PARP, poly-Ub without affecting actin in 22Rv1 cells. (b) Western blot showed that Chx (25 μg/ml) + BA (Chx/BA) decreased AR and AR-V7 protein more rapidly especially at 8, 16, and 24 h compared to Chx + control (Chx/C) in 22Rv1 cells.
