Effect of A. graveolens fractions 122.3 and 122.4 on ROS production. (A) 1.5 × 105 BS-24-1 cells per well were incubated with 20–25 μM of the detection dye H2DCFDA for 30 min at 37 °C, under 5% CO2 followed by the addition of different concentrations of fraction 122.3 and 122.4 or tert-Butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as a positive control or DMSO as a negative control. ROS production was measured according to the manufacturer instructions. The X-axis represents different treatments while the y-axis shows fluorescence intensity in arbitrary units.
