Table 3.

Mutations detected by Next-Generation Sequencing. The threshold for data analysis was set at 5%. Protease and RT genes were analyzed and the table includes the gene and compartment with drug resistance mutations detected at the 5% threshold. NP indicates that high frequency mutations were not present in the samples analyzed. Letters in bold indicate drug resistance mutations that were also detected by Sanger sequencing.
