(A,B) The mRNA expression of OCN and RUNX2 from the experimental group of hAMSCs seeded on nHAC/PLA was markedly up-regulated compared with cells in the control and blank control groups by Real-time PCR. (C,D) Western blot results demonstrated that the expression of OCN, RUNX2, ALP, and COL1A1 proteins from the experimental group of hAMSCs on nHAC/PLA were significantly increased compared with cells in the control and blank control groups.
