EZR-AS1 knockdown suppresses BC cell proliferation and induces apoptosis. (A) Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction was performed to assess EZR-AS1 expression in MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with sh-NC or sh-EZR-AS1. Cell Counting Kit 8 assays were performed to assess the proliferation of (B) MCF7 and (C) MDA-MB-231 cells.
