Effect of AVV2/8-DYRK1A gene transfer on hepatic DYRK1A level. A) Liver DYRK1A protein level in control (CTL) mice, Cbs^+/- mice, and B) Cbs^+/- mice with intermediate hhcy (hhcy) with or without AAV2/8-DYRK1A treatment (AAV).
