Participant eligibility criteria

Inclusion criteria	Exclusion criteria
• ≥ 18 years of age  • Female  • Able to read and communicate in English  • Diagnosis of stage IA-IIIC breast cancer  • Scheduled to receive anthracycline-containing chemotherapy  • Willing and able to adhere to either intervention	• Contraindications to research MRI (e.g. pacemaker, magnetic implant)  • Contraindications to maximal exercise testing  • Pregnancy  • Limitations to sustained exercise on all potential modes (i.e., treadmill, elliptical, bike)  • Body mass index <19 kg/m2 or history of eating disorder  • Diabetes  • Severe food allergies or diet restrictions
