(A) Complement mRNA levels were measured in lungs from anesthetized living donor (LD) or BD donor mice by qRT-PCR. Relative tissue expression of complement C3, C5, and C3a receptor (C3aR) was assessed (n=3–4; #p<0.005 as assessed by multiple t tests with post-hoc correction via the Holm-Sidak method).
