LAMP2 expression in melanomas during IFN-γ treatment. (A) DM331 cells treated for 24 h with 400 or 2000 IU of IFN-γ. Gene expression of LAMP2A, LAMP2B, and LAMP2C were analyzed by qPCR. mRNA levels were normalized to ACTB expression with the expression of each isoform set equal to one for control cells without cytokine exposure. (B) Endogenous mRNA levels of LAMP2 isoforms in DM331 cells were quantitated relative to 18S mRNA levels. (C) Endogenous mRNA levels of LAMP2 isoforms in SLM2-Mel cells.
