Apparent rate constants (kapp) for the reduction of CYP106A2 by the two redox partner combinations Adx(4–108)/AdR or Etp1(516–618)/Arh using 400 µM NADPH, 2 µM ferredoxin reductase (AdR or Arh1), and 20 µM ferredoxin (Adx(4–108) or Etp1(516–618)) in syringe A and 2 µM of CYP106A2 and 200 µM of progesterone in syringe B. Three to four replicates were averaged. The equations used to fit with the data points were: f(x) = a*(1−eb*x). The given constants correspond to the respective b in the exponent of the equations
