Silencing copine-III modulates the expression of epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) indicators.

Notes: MHCC97-H cells, infected with control siRNA or siCPNE3, were harvested and analyzed by Western blotting assays. The expression of copine-III, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, or vimentin was detected via their antibodies. GAPDH was chosen as a loading control.
