Cumulus cells from 50 COCs treated with or without 50 μM εV1-2 in HX medium containing 0.05 IU/ml FSH were collected at various TPs for immunoblotting. (C) The effect of U0126 on PKCε translocation in response to FSH stimulation. COCs were cultured in HX medium containing 0.05 IU/ml FSH, 10 μM U0126 and 50 μM εV1-2 (negative control) were used. Cumulus cells from 50 COCs were collected at 8 h for immunoblotting. The experiments were performed three times with similar results. *** indicates P<0.001 compared to the FSH group.
