Patients in the adjuvant radiotherapy arm initially enter the model at the “Currently undergoing radiotherapy” state, whereas those in the salvage arm enter at the “Well Post-op” state. We assumed that patients then sequentially progressed through the health states based on literature-derived probabilities. A decision analytic tree is provided in the appendix as Supplementary Figure 1.
