Compounds synthesized and tested in this study. The table indicates the EC50 concentration required to induce a G2/M arrest in 50% of HCT116 cells, following an overnight/16-hour exposure. The maximum percent of cells arrested in G2/M was determined at approximately 4-times the EC50.
