Lung‐resident natural killer (NK) cells control pulmonary 3LL‐Luc2 tumor metastases. 3LL‐Luc2 (10⁴) were inoculated i.v. to B6 mice. To deplete NK cells (NK dep), mice were treated with antiasialo‐GM1 (anti‐asGM1) antibody (200 μg/mouse, ip) on days −3 and −1 (day 0 = tumor inoculation). To block C‐X‐C motif chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3), mice were treated with anti‐CXCR3 (500 μg/mouse, ip) on days −1, 0 and 2. Bioluminescence of lungs was measured at 4 d after tumor inoculation.
