Lung‐resident natural killer (NK) cells control pulmonary 3LL‐Luc2 tumor metastases. 3LL‐Luc2 (104) were inoculated i.v. to B6 mice. To deplete NK cells (NK dep), mice were treated with antiasialo‐GM1 (anti‐asGM1) antibody (200 μg/mouse, ip) on days −3 and −1 (day 0 = tumor inoculation). To block C‐X‐C motif chemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3), mice were treated with anti‐CXCR3 (500 μg/mouse, ip) on days −1, 0 and 2. Bioluminescence of lungs was measured at 4 d after tumor inoculation.
