The CD45^lowCD271^high cell counts quantified using the Attune-based method were compared with those obtained by the LSR II-based method and with CTP counts assessed by CFU-F assay. Examples of high-quantity (Fig. 2-A) and low-quantity (Fig. 2-B) bone marrow progenitor samples are shown. The correlation between CD45^lowCD271^high cell counts quantified using the Attune-based method and the LSR II-based method (n = 33 samples) (Fig. 2-C) or CTP counts (n = 33 samples) (Fig. 2-D) was analyzed. A Spearman r test was used for the correlation analysis.
