The miR-124 expression in (A) BC tissues compared with that in adjacent non-tumor tissues and (B) in BC cell lines compared with that in normal human bladder epithelial SV-HUC-1 cells was assessed by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis.
