RFC5 enriched cell cycle and DNA damage process in lung cancer. Gene set enrichment analysis was performed by GSEA using the GSE3141 dataset. The gene profile of high RFC5 expression groups (top 50%) and low RFC5 expression groups (bottom 50%) were loaded to the GSEA software, and the ‘c5.all.v5.1’ gene set was selected to process the analysis.
