Overexpression of miR-340 suppresses the invasion of OC cells. HO-8910 and ES-2 cells were transfected with miR-340 mimic and miR-NC, and subsequently seeded into the upper chamber. After 24 h, the HO-8910 and ES-2 cells that migrated through the membrane were stained and quantified with a magnification of ×40 for eight fields of view.
