Cluster analysis of phosphorylation events and functional assignment of underlying phosphoproteins. Quantified p-events (n = 126) were grouped into five distinct clusters based on profile similarity during the resuscitation process. Assigned functions of underlying phosphoproteins were categorized according to biological processes and are listed below the profiles (with ≥ 3 p-events per category; numbers of categorized p-events are indicated in parentheses). Where appropriate, the dominant subcategory is indicated in percent relative to the main category. Detailed information of clustered p-events is provided in supplemental Tables S9–S13.
