For each experiment, 5×10⁷ pfu of lentiviral shm69-1 or shNC was injected into mice individually from caudal vein. 7 day post lentiviruses injection, mice were challenged with DENV-2 (1×10⁷ pfu) via intravenous injection for 3 days. The knockdown efficiency of shm69-1 in mouse lung, spleen and kidney were detected by qRT-PCR (A) and Western Blot (B). DENV infection in organs of TRIM69 silenced mice were measured viral RNA by qRT-PCR (C) or viral titers by TCID₅₀ assay (D). Results are expressed as mean ± SEM. * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, and *** p < 0.001 (t-test). Data were pooled from three independent experiments.
