Error bars are from standard error from a linear fit. (c) Damping constants as a function of T_ann. The minimum damping constant of α = 0.015 occurs at 350 °C. The values for the all samples are obtained from measurements at θ_H ≈ 90°. For comparison, α of the reference Ta/CoFeB/MgO PMA sample annealed at 300 °C is also shown as a red triangle in Fig. 6c.
