Fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23), tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), neutrophil collagenase (matrix metalloproteinase-8 [MMP8]), and soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (suPAR), which were found elevated at day 1 by slow off-rate modified aptamers scan in samples from patients with acute kidney injury who required dialysis and died within 8 days.
