Distal part of urethral plate is tubularized creating distal neourethra. Bulbar part of the urethra is formed by joining the anterior vaginal wall flap and the proximal part of the urethral plate. The gap between the two parts is filled with a buccal mucosa graft. Fasciocutaneous flap is harvested from the left labia minora, to be joined with the buccal mucosa graft.
