 Outcome Measurement of at least one outcome of interest: mediators of skin care behaviors (e.g., knowledge, self-efficacy, or skills in relation to skin care or pressure ulcer prevention etc.), skin care behaviors (e.g., skin checks, pressure relief), and pressure ulcer-related clinical outcomes (e.g., incidence, reoccurrence, severity, or hopsitalization)
