Notes: (A) FCM analysis of cell apoptosis. Cells seeded in six-well plate were treated with NB and/or TMZ for 48 hours. Then, the cells were stained with PI and analyzed by FCM. Detection of cell early apoptosis (B) and late apoptosis (C). Scale bar in (B) is 20 µm. Cells after treatment were stained by Annexin V–PI and TUNEL-DAPI kits for the detection of early apoptosis and late apoptosis, respectively. (D) Caspase activation. Total protein was prepared, and the protein expression was examined by the Western blotting method. Scale bar in (C) is 50 µm. All data and images were obtained from three independent experiments.
