ΔΔG = $Δ G_{0 \to 1}^{H 20}$ (CTPR variant 1) − $Δ G_{0 \to 1}^{H 20}$ (CTPR variant 2), where $Δ G_{0 \to 1}^{H 20}$ = $Δ G_{i}^{H 20} +$ $Δ G_{i - 1, i}^{H 20}$ . Errors in ΔΔG were propagated from the errors in $Δ G_{0 \to 1}^{H 20}$ .
