Effects of comp on AP-1 reporter activity in HEK293T cells. HEK293T cells were transfected with empty vector (pcDNA3) or a TLR9-expressing plasmid (pcDNA3-mTLR9) and then treated with comp for 1 h before stimulation with CpG DNA (1 μM). Cell lysates were prepared, luciferase activity was assayed by the dual luciferase reporter assay and the results were expressed as relative luciferase.
