PDGF-BB activates PDGFRβ, Src and JAK2 in MC3T3-E1 cells. (A) MC3T3-E1 cells were serum-starved overnight and treated with 25 ng/ml PDGF-BB for the indicated periods of time. Western blot analysis was performed to determine the levels of phosphorylated (B) PDGFRβ, (C) Src and (D) JAK2. Densitometric analysis of the associated bands were expressed as the relative optical density of the bands, corrected using β-actin as the control (normalization band).
