Src lies in the upstream of JAK2 in MC3T3-E1 cells. (A) MC3T3-E1 cells were serum-starved overnight and pretreated for 30 min with inhibitors (AG1295 20 µmol/l, SU6656 2 µmol/l and AG490 10 µmol/l) as indicated, and stimulated with 25 ng/ml PDGF-BB at the same time. Densitometric analysis of the associated bands for (B) PDGFRβ, (C) Src and (D) JAK2 were expressed as relative optical density of the bands, corrected using β-actin as control (normalization band).
